Licensing Penalties
Below are the civil DOL
administrative penalties. These penalties are
triggered upon losing an administrative hearing, or failure
to request a hearing within 30 days of the DUI arrest.
Some individuals will qualify to drive for limited purposes
during the suspension period using a
Temporary Restricted License.
After the suspension period is over the driver may be
required to pass the driver’s exam for license
reinstatement.
