closing real estate transactions. Our managing
escrow paralegal has 15 years of hands on escrow
experience and our supervising attorneys have
advanced law degrees in taxation. You can be
confident in our team when closing your real estate
transactions.
Our fees are
comparable and often lower than those found in many
escrow offices not offering attorney oversight and
expertise. An added benefit is the fact that there
is no sales tax required on legal fees. We pass
this savings on to our clients in the form of lower
overall fees.

and Everett allow for easy daytime signings. Remote
