Having worked in the legal field for over 18 years (over 10 as an attorney) in a number of different areas including family law, criminal defense, personal injury/medical malpractice, complex commercial litigation, Wills and estate planning, probate, and guardianship, Jack has devoted his professional life to tough advocacy for and compassionate counsel of his clients. He is committed to providing thorough and effective representation to protect his clients’ rights and interests, to resolve matters in the least litigious and most cost effective manner when possible, and to take an aggressive stand as his clients’ advocate when litigation becomes inevitable. Jack endeavors to treat every case as if it were his own.
Service to the community has
been a priority to Jack. He donates hundreds of hours each year in pro bono legal advice and also does pro bono work for non-profit organizations, having received honors for dedicated service and outstanding support in that capacity. Jack
has also volunteered as a Russian interpreter at
the
University District Food Bank and served on
the Seattle Commission on Children and Youth for
a number of years, and even did a stint with the
Seattle Seafair Pirates, a non-profit, fraternal
organization.
Jack is a graduate of the
University of Washington School of
Law where he received high marks, was on
scholarship, and served on the
Pacific Rim Law &
Policy Journal. A Dean’s List student, Jack also
received his Bachelor of Arts in Business
Administration from the
University of
Washington.
Jack resides in
Everett, Washington and, during his limited free time and takes full advantage of all the
natural wonders that the Pacific Northwest has
to offer.
