Those serving a 90 day license suspension may qualify for a Temporary Restricted License (TRL).  The TRL will only be issued after serving 30 days of suspension period.  A TRL application form must be submitted with proof verifying the driver holds SR-22 Insurance, and the driver’s vehicle is equipped with an Ignition Interlock Device

 

Those serving a two year license suspension may qualify for a TRL after serving one year of the license suspension.  Again, the driver must submit a TRL application, proof of SR-22 Insurance, and verification the driver’s vehicle is equipped with an Ignition Interlock Device
